Appointment & Salon Policies

Bookings & Consultations

New clients or major colour changes may require a consultation prior to booking. This allows time to assess your hair, discuss expectations and plan the safest service for your hair type and condition.

If you are unsure which service to select, please book a consultation and I will guide you.

Deposits

Some longer or specialised services require a booking deposit. Deposits secure your appointment time and are deducted from the final service total.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As a private one-on-one studio, dedicated time is reserved for each client.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or repeated last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. Future bookings may require prepayment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

If there is insufficient time to safely complete the service, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Aftercare

Aftercare advice and product recommendations are provided to help maintain your colour, smoothing and extension results.

Longevity of results cannot be guaranteed if recommended aftercare is not followed.

Adjustments & Refunds

Due to the time and professional products used, refunds are not provided for completed services.

If you have concerns about your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so your hair can be assessed and, where appropriate, reasonable adjustments can be made.

Retail Products

Retail products purchased in-studio are non-refundable unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
